SPREAD INTO NORTHWEST IOWA BY NOON. THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO
GRADUALLY DIMINISH FRIDAY EVENING.
* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 7 INCHES
* WIND AND VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY MAY DROP TO LESS THAN ONE HALF
MILE AT TIMES DUE TO FALLING SNOW.
