Jean Vesey, 89, white female, 5'04", 121 pounds, grey hair, and green eyes was last seen at her residence in Brick Township on November 16, at 3:00 p.m., driving a tan 2011 Chevrolet Malibu.
Jean Vesey suffers from dementia.
