Additional Charges for Tulsa Man in Internet Crimes Against Children Case
September 2, 2015, agents with the Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce arrested Timothy Cheatwood (d.o.b. 6/22/1971) for distributing child pornography. Cheatwood was a respite care provider for foster children in the Tulsa area. As a result of the examinations of Cheatwood’s computers and further investigation, one local victim has been identified and additional charges have been filed. Cheatwood is now charged with two counts of aggravated possession of child pornography, manufacturing child pornography, distributing child pornography, and violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
