PAVING NOTICE - NORTHERN DRIVE, ARLINGTON PLACE, ST. ANNE STREET, MAYNARD PLACE & MADISON TERRACE

Several key artery streets and school areas are scheduled for resurfacing (paving) as listed below. Please be aware you may encounter delays in your commute time during the paving operations. We appreciate your cooperation during this project. While the actual paving portion of the operation is underway it will be necessary to close the street entirely to all traffic. Duration and timing of a paving project are difficult to predict. Please pay particular attention to the posted no parking signs for noted changes.

The following is the intended schedule:

The contractor will begin resurfacing (paving) the following street on Monday, November 16, 2015 between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M., weather permitting:
Northern Drive and then intersection of Brookside Avenue and Margaret Court

The contractor will begin resurfacing (paving) the following streets on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M., weather permitting:
Arlington Place and Saint Anne Street (during school hours)

The contractor will begin resurfacing (paving) the following streets on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M., weather permitting:
Maynard Place and Madison Terrace

As mentioned previously necessary date changes will be noted on the street posting signs. Inclement weather will delay paving time and or dates. Any unfinished street paving will commence on the next posted day.

During PAVING, vehicles “WILL NOT” be permitted to enter or leave the areas being resurfaced. Sections of the street will be posted for “No Parking” on the day prior to paving. Please move your car out of the posted area to a nearby street prior to the commencement of work scheduled for 7:30 A.M. Please consider outlying streets for parking. Area overnight parking restriction enforcement will be suspended by the Police for this project. Roads closed with traffic cones will be reopened to traffic at the completion of daily work. Refuse and recycling services have been notified and will collect prior to paving. Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.

VEHICLES PARKED IN THE POSTED "NO PARKING" AREA WILL BE TOWED BY THE POLICE AT OWNER’S EXPENSE.

Please contact the Fair Lawn Engineering Department at 201-794-5300 if you have special transportation needs (i.e. contracted service) that require vehicle access for coordination thereof. Again, there will be no access during paving
