Carson Deputies safely apprehend assault suspect. 
Carson Deputies responded to a call of a person assaulting another with a crow bar on the 18700 Block of Cairo. The suspect fled to his residence and refused orders to exit. After several hours of negotiations, the suspect was safely taken into custody with the assistance of the Special Enforcement Bureau and Crisis Negotiations Team.
