The City of Rosemead Public Safety in collaboration with the Homeless Consortium and the Volunteers of America will host a “Homeless Awareness Workshop” on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.at the Rosemead Public Safety Center, 8301 Garvey Avenue, Rosemead. At the workshop there will be a panel of experts to share more information on community resources and programs, options for business owners and residents effected by the homeless, and methods to re-integrate disenfranchised citizens back into the community.

The aim of Homeless Awareness Workshop is to bring some dignity to the life of homeless people and to raise awareness of this issue, which affects more and more people.
