All applicants must be at least 19 and a half years old at the date of the test, have a valid driver license, a qualified U.S. High School diploma or G.E.D., be a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident and have applied for citizenship, and no felony convictions. If an applicant comes to a walk-in exam without the license requirement they are turned away.
