SUMMARY: On November 10, 2015, deputies from the Victorville City Police Department responded to the County Transitional Assistance Department facility located at 15010 Palmdale Road in Victorville. A repossessor was attempting to remove a vehicle from the parking lot when he was confronted by the owner of the vehicle. During the struggle, comments by Peterson made the victim in fear he would be shot.
