On August 18, 2015, shortly after 11:00 pm, the male victim was riding his bicycle on Lakewood Boulevard north of Rosecrans Avenue, when he was struck and killed by a vehicle. The 60 year old victim, identified as Bradley Miller, succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators have very little information regarding the vehicle.
