The Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations has arrested Peter Handy 31 of Burlington, VT for sexual assault. Investigation has revealed that Handy sexually assaulted a female victim during the early morning hours of 10-31-15. Handy is being lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail.
Handy has convictions for Unlawful Trespass (misdemeanor), Domestic Assault and Carless and negligent operation.
