Driver Injured in One Vehicle Crash
Sullivan County—This morning at 8:30, Indiana State Police and Sullivan County emergency agencies responded to a one-vehicle crash on State Road 159 just north of County Road 250 South.
Preliminary investigation revealed a silver 2015 Chevrolet Duramax utility truck, driven by 24-year-old Nick Clinton of Washington, IN., was northbound on SR 159 and for unknown reason, drifted off the right edge of the roadway and struck a tree.
Clinton was transported to Terre Haute Regional Hospital for complaint of leg, neck, and back pain.
The truck was owned by C & M Giant Tire LLC of Washington, IN.
The crash was investigated by ISP Senior Trooper Tom Hanks. Assisting were Indiana Conservation Officer Kyle Hembree, Union-Dugger Fire/Rescue, Sullivan County EMS, and Morrison Wrecker Service.

Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
