We still have 8 yards left over from Day of Caring that need to be raked!
Today, Tuesday and Wednesday should be dry and warm, and perfect raking weather, as is this weekend. If you have a couple extra hours to spare on these days, you can help an elderly person prepare for winter!
If you are interested, please contact Amy Fluno at the Volunteer Center at 715-421-0390. You can rake with a group of friends, your family, co-workers, church group, scout troop, etc. Volunteers will still be provided with a FREE T-SHIRT. We really need the help of the community to get this done!
All volunteers under the age of 18 need a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. The form can be downloaded. Forms can be dropped off at our office (when you pick up t-shirts) at 351 Oak Street, Wisconsin Rapids; faxed to 715-421-3740; or emailed to [email protected].
