Receiving Stolen Property Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) An Attalla man was arrested and charged in connection to a recent theft of property in Etowah County, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“James Ray Moore, 46, of Attalla, was arrested October 27, and is charged with one count of first degree receiving stolen property, a felony,” Sgt. Robin Grant said.
Moore allegedly was in possession of several items that were stolen from a residence located on Hope Street, in Boaz.
He is currently being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on $5,000 bond for receiving the stolen property.
