Morris Plains Halloween Parade and Party 
The annual Morris Plains Halloween Parade and Party, sponsored by the Morris Plains Fire Association and Morris Plains Recreation Committee, will be held tomorrow 10/31/15, at 4 PM. The parade begins at Roberts Garden and proceeds to Simons Park. Refreshments will be served.
