Cedarbrook resident charged with burning towels 
Deputy R.C. Walker of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Ronald Calvin Locklear, 46, of Pinnacle Church Road in Nebo, with felony burning personal property.
Locklear lives at Cedarbrook Residential. It was reported on Tuesday, Oct. 27 that Locklear set bathroom towels on fire at the facility.
No one was injured.
