**UPDATE**- All lanes of Route One south at Adams Lane have been reopened.
Patrol Officers were dispatched to the intersection for a motor vehicle collision, with an overturned truck. Moments later, a nearby Detective arrived to find an overturned dump truck, that had slid into a telephone pole. The driver was pinned within the cab of the truck, requiring extrication. All emergency services arrived on scene quickly, and went to work to free the driver. Miraculously, we are able to report that the driver was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital with what are believed to be non life-threatening injuries. The roadway was closed for over an hour.
