Sonoma County Sheriff Coroner’s Office is releasing the name of the man who died in the vehicle collision on the early morning of October 18, 2015 Eastside Road near Windsor River Road, in the unincorporated area of Sonoma County.
The deceased is identified as Caleb James Rummonds 25 from Forestville. His family was located and informed of his death.
The Sonoma County Coroner’s Office will schedule a forensic pathologist to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of Rummonds’ death.
The California Highway Patrol is conducting the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the vehicle collision. Any inquiries regarding the crash should be directed to that agency.
