Five Arrested in Connersville

 

Connersville – A “routine” probation visit yesterday afternoon by probation officers and state troopers led to the arrest of a five people and the discovery of over ten grams of heroin.  Yesterday around 1:20 p.m. Pendleton Troopers assisted Fayette County Probation with a home visit at 817 E. 5th St. in Connersville.

Officers originally went to the residence for a probation visit on a Tonya Crawley. After entering, and further investigation, officers recovered just over 10 grams of heroin and ended up arresting five people in the home.  Arrested and charged with Dealing Heroin, Level 3 Felony, and Possession of Heroin, Level 4 Felony, was Brittany Rowe, age 26, and Donald Rowe, age 35, both of that address.

Also arrested was Stephanie Rowe, age 46, and Jerry Rowe, age 42, both of Little Bear Rd., Connersville, charged with misdemeanor Visiting a Common Nuisance. Tonya Crawley, age 38 also of the 817 E. 5th address, was arrested and charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Level 6 Felony, and Possession of Paraphernalia, “B” Misdemeanor.

All five were lodged in the Fayette County Jail. Anyone with information about illegal drug use is encouraged to call the Pendleton Post at 1-800-527-4752, or the Indiana State Police Drug Tip Line at 1-800-453-4756. Tips can be made and kept anonymous.
