SOUTH CENTRAL SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN CALIFORNIA... * UNTIL 430 PM PDT * AT 130 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED GAGES INDICATED THAT HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN A TEN MINUTE PERIOD OF TIME. FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT AND MAY BE ALREADY OCCURRING.
