The Pleasantville Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a Wanted Person. Julius N. Bing, 35, of Atlantic City is wanted for Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Unlawful Use of Body Vests. Bing was the front seat passenger in a vehicle operated by Latanya Watson of Pleasantville which was stopped by Ptlm. Matt Laielli for traveling the wrong way on the unit block of South Fourth Street, a one way street. During the course of the motor vehicle stop a loaded .22 cal handgun was observed in the passenger compartment of the vehicle and officers attempted to take Bing into custody. Bing physically resisted Ptlm. Stocks as he was attempting to handcuff him and fled on foot into the rear of the homes in the area. Officers searching the area into which Bing fled located the baseball hat he was wearing and a bullet resistant vest. Officers were unable to locate Bing after an intense search with assistance from Egg Harbor Township PD.

Watson was taken into custody at the scene and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Driving While Intoxicated.

Bing is to be considered Armed and Dangerous and if observed should not be approached.
