The Monterey Park Police Department invites you to a low-cost pet vaccination/licensing clinic at Barnes Park.

The City Monterey Park Police Department in conjunction with the Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control and The Lucy Pet Foundation, will hold a low-cost vaccination and licensing clinic for dogs on Saturday, October 17, 2015, 8:00 am to 10:30 a.m., at Barnes Park 350 S. McPherrin Avenue.

The licensing for dogs in Monterey Park is mandatory and the license is valid for one year from the date of issue. While at the clinic, all dogs must have a collar and be on a leash or in a carrier.

These prices are valid only during the Monterey Park licensing and vaccination clinic.
Vaccination clinic price list:
Rabies vaccine: $10.00 (dogs 4 months and older)
DHLPP vaccine: $15 (dogs 8 weeks and older)
Bordetella vaccine: $15 (dogs 8 weeks and older)
Deworming (price according to weight)
FVRCP: $15
PetLink Microchips: $25.00 (includes lifetime registration)

Pet licenses may be purchased at the clinic after the pet is inoculated.
Annual (one year) pet license:
Unaltered dog: $40.00
Altered dog: $20.00 (with proof)

Senior discount: $7.50 (senior age is 60 years or older)
One dog per household and dog must be altered and have current rabies vaccination.

Only cash or checks will be accepted.
