09/28/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Constatin, age 24, of High Bridge, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $750.00 out of Washington Township. Mr. Constatin was processed and released with a new court date.

10/02/15 WTPD arrested Charles Gardner, age 33, of East Stroudsburg, Pa. for outstanding warrants totaling $102.00 out of Washington Borough. Mr. Gardner was processed and released with a new court date.

10/06/15 WTPD arrested Matthew Lambert Jr., age 25, of Phillipsburg, NJ for being a fugitive from justice NCIC wanted person out of Northampton County Pennsylvania. On 10/06/15 at approximately 12:39 PM, patrol stopped Mr. Lambert at Broad St. and Rte. 57 in Washington Borough for failure to obey a Pedestrian Signal at a Crosswalk. Upon further investigation it was revealed that Mr. Lambert was a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lambert was processed, issued a summons for pedestrian signal and lodged in the WC Jail to await extradition to Pennsylvania.

10/09/15 WTPD arrested Darnell Pygum, age 46, of Trenton, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of Mercer County Sheriff’s Department. On 10/09/15 at approximately 9:44 AM, patrol stopped Mr. Pygum on Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough for failure to use a Crosswalk. Upon further investigation it was revealed that Mr. Pygum was an NCIC wanted person out of Mercer County. Mr. Pygum was processed, issued a summons for failure to use a pedestrian crosswalk and lodged in the WC Jail.

10/10/15 WTPD arrested Troy Heath, age 51, of Washington, NJ for theft of services and Luckson Etienne, age 46, of Belvidere, NJ for unlawful possession of a weapon. On 10/10/15 at approximately 6:20 AM, patrol was dispatched to an illegal dumping complaint at the Fairway Mews Apartments in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Etienne, the property manager, had displayed a handgun to Mr. Heath, who had been throwing trash into the apartment dumpster. Mr. Health was charged with theft services for repeated use of the apartments dumpster. Mr. EtIenne was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon. Both men were processed and released with mandatory court dates.

10/10/15 WTPD arrested Robert Pucci, age 23, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $490.00 out of Clinton Township. On 10/10/15 at approximately 5:02 PM, patrol observed Mr. Pucci, who was known to have outstanding warrants, at the Lukoil, 143 E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Pucci and confirmed the outstanding warrants. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with new court date.

10/11/15 WTPD arrested Brian Ike Jr., age 24, of Canton, Pa. for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 10/11/15 at approximately 8:05 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 30 block of Hillcrest Ave in Washington Township for a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Ike was arrested for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/12/15 WTPD arrested Mickey Winkler, age 53, of Washington, NJ for driving under the influence (DUI). On 10/12/15 at approximately 5:52 PM, patrol was dispatched to a report of a male staggering in the parking lot of a business and then drove off traveling north on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. Patrol located the vehicle on Rte. 57 E. and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Winkler, was intoxicated. He was processed and charged with an unclear license plate and driving under the influence (DUI). His BAC was .19%. Mr. Winkler was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/13/15 WTPD arrested Steven Polgar, age 50, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1500.00 out of Oxford and Washington Townships. On 10/13/15 at approximately 10:28 AM, patrol observed Mr. Polgar, who is known to have outstanding warrants, walking on E. Washington Ave / Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Polgar and confirmed the outstanding warrants. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
