Receiving Stolen Property Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) An Altoona man was arrested and charged in connection to a recent theft of property in Etowah County, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Charles Adam Snead, 29, of Altoona, was arrested Wednesday, October 7, and is charged with one count of second degree receiving stolen property, a felony,” Sgt. Robin Grant said.
Snead allegedly was in possession of three guns that were stolen from a residence located on U.S. Highway 278 West, in Altoona. The victim reported the stolen guns on September 29, 2015.
The stolen guns, two Remington rifles and a New England shotgun, were recovered.
Snead is currently being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on $10,000 cash bond for receiving the stolen property.
