Nighttime Noise Alert - South Line Rail Freight Capacity Project 
Construction work on the freight rail line will occur between J Street and Moss Street on Thursday, Oct. 8, at 7 p.m. through Friday, Oct. 9, at 4 a.m. Crews will be relocating rail. This work requires heavy equipment with backup alarms, dump trucks, and lights. Crews will minimize any noise or dust impacts as much as possible. Periodic night work will continue through spring 2016. We appreciate your patience.
