(Harris County, TX)- Harris County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying a male subject who exposed himself to children at an apartment complex located at 3525 S. Sam Houston Parkway E, in southeast Harris County.

On Saturday, October 3, 2015, at about 6:25 p.m. Investigators say, the suspect was observed by several witnesses concealing himself behind a stairwell on the Alta Gardens complex grounds, with his penis exposed and in the act of masturbating.

The Suspect was in view of multiple children and was seen looking in the direction of the children while they were at play. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’10” tall and approximately 200 pounds.

The Suspect is reported to be bald headed and have a muscular build. The suspect was wearing a gray baseball hat with a white star emblem on the front, plain blue T-shirt, gray shorts, white ankle socks, and black sandals.
