Summary
On the early morning of Sunday October 4, 2015 Petaluma PD officers investigated a report of an adult who had sustained major burn injuries at a house on the 400 block of Coronado Drive. As of this writing the injured subject is in stable condition at a Bay Area hospital, and the injuries are believed to have been the result of an accident in the home rather than from an assault. Subsequent investigation culminated in the arrest of another resident of the home (Cooper Joseph Winters) for manufacturing controlled substances (hash oil), possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia, and a violation of probation. Winters was booked into Sonoma County Jail.
