Teen charged with breaking into Stuckey's, in Old Fort, and stealing money 
Lt. Andy Manis of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Ian Scott Hayes, 19, of Old Fort, with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny.
It was reported on July 23 that someone broke into Stuckey’s Dairy Queen, on Parker Padgett Road in Old Fort, and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.
Manis said Hayes, who lives near the store, was caught on surveillance video at Stuckey’s committing the crime.
