At Risk Missing Person: Julielena Bocanegra, F/H, 23 years old, suffers from Bipolar and Schizophrenia. 
On Friday, October 2, 2015, Arcadia Police received a call of a missing person. Julielena Bocanegra was last seen at the Arcadia Methodist Hospital on October 2, 2015. Julielena was waiting to be treated for jaw pain but left the hospital prior to being seen by a physician. Julielena has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia, but does not take medication. Julielena is 23-years old, 5’1”, weighs 100 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black skirt and carrying a black back pack.
