The Town of Forest City has been made aware of phone calls that have been received demanding immediate payment of power bills. The caller is claiming to be “Michael Silva” and is threatening that power services will be disconnected if immediate payment is not made. Please be advised that the Town of Forest City does not take payments over the phone nor do they ask for personal information.
