Scott Chandler, City Engineer for the City of Jackson, has approved the temporary road closures:
1. Parking spaces on Liberty Street at Baltimore Street, beginning today Friday, October 2, 2015 from 7:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. and then from Monday, October 5, 2015, at 7:00 a.m. through Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. The parking spaces will be closed for contractor to complete building repairs.
2. Unnamed Alley from Baltimore Street to E. Chester Street (between New Southern Building and the old Elks Building), beginning Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from 7:00 A.M. through Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 5:00 P.M. The alley will be closed for building repairs to the New Southern Building.
3. All lanes of Baltimore Street from Highland Avenue to Liberty Street, on the following Sundays, October 10th, October 17th & October 24th from 7 A.M. until 5 P.M. each day. The street will be closed for building repairs.
