#035 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance Arrest
A reporting party called and told dispatch a male subject was chasing a female in the parking lot of a business in the area of Automall Pkwy and Osgood Rd. Officers arrived and determine it was a family disturbance. The male subject is contacted and is subsequently arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. The female leaves prior to police arriving.
#044 Prowler
A resident in the 34000 block of Winslow Terrace was watering her plants when she saw a male subject in her backyard. The subject ran when he saw the resident. The male was last seen wearing black clothing and a black beanie. Case investigated by Officer Navas.
#049 Trespassing Arrest
Officer Navas arrested an adult female for her trespass, battery and retraining order violation warrants.
#002 Residential Burglary
A resident on Donalbain Circle awoke to the sound of breaking glass. The resident searched her house and found her rear sliding glass door was shattered and footprints were within the house. Officers arrived and conducted a protective sweep of the residence which ended in negative results. Items within the house appeared to have been moved, but nothing was reported stolen.
#004 Suspicious Fire
Officer Collins investigated a suspicious fire at an auto repair business located in the 41500 block of Albrae Street. The reporting party stated a male subject wearing a mask set the business on fire and was last seen fleeing southbound on Albrae. The fire was extinguished by Fremont Fire and is under investigation. Officer Collins will continue the investigation for further leads.
