Theft Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) An Etowah County man was arrested and charged in connection to a recent theft in Etowah County, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Todd Stephen Neisler, 41, of Gadsden, was arrested Monday, September 28, and is charged with one count of first degree theft of property, a felony,” investigator Tara Bates said.
Neisler allegedly stole several pieces of construction equipment, valued at $15,000, from a local company. All of the items were recovered and returned to the rightful owner.
He was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond. Sgt. Robin Grant assisted with the investigation.
