NARRATIVE:
On 9/29/15 at about 12:54 PM officers were responding to 22 Rio Rancho Rd to follow-up on an armed robbery investigation that occurred on 9/14/15. Officers were directed to a vehicle that may have been involved in the robbery. When officers attempted to stop this vehicle, which was eventually determined to be a stolen vehicle, the driver did not comply and a vehicle pursuit was initiated. The driver drove recklessly and dangerously in his attempt to evade arrest.
Eventually the vehicle stopped in the 2300 block of Laurel Ave and all of the vehicle's occupants fled. Michael Serrano was immediately caught. Joseph Hernandez fled to a home in the 2100 block of Kellog Park Dr. Officers located Hernandez and arrested him. Michael Serrano was arrested for vehicle evading and auto theft. Joseph Hernandez was arrested for resisting arrest.
Investigators followed-up on information about the armed robbery that occurred on 9/14/15. They developed information to connect Gaston Lopez to that crime. He was arrested for robbery.
