Ramp to NB I-680 Reopened
Ramp to NB I-680 Reopened 
Fire and police are now clearing the area, after an accident caused a brief flooding of the NB on-ramp to I-680.
The waters drained off, crews removed some disabled vehicles that attempted to drive through the flooded area, and the ramp has been reopened.
Some delays reported through the area, but traffic is moving.
