NB I-680 Ramp from Diablo Rd Closed Due to Accident 
Motorists are advised to avoid Diablo Road for the time being as an accident involving a fire hydrant has flooded the on-ramp to northbound I-680 from Diablo Road. The ramp remains closed and westbound Diablo Road has also been reduced to one lane through the flooded area.
Fire and police are on scene. Delays are reported through the area.
