Saturday afternoon, the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI investigative and crime scene assistance with a reported hunting accident in a wooded area approximately 10 miles west of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma. Agents determined several men were hunting when one shot and killed another. Donald Upton, 28, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, was taken to a Siloam Springs, Arkansas, hospital where he was pronounced dead. The Oklahoma Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy. No arrest has been made.
