The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from the media and the community in locating missing person at risk, Mr. Peter Gales.
On Saturday, September 26, 2015 at approximately 4:00 PM, 82 year-old Peter Gales walked away from his residence on Sequoyah View Drive in Oakland, CA. He has not returned or been located since.
Mr. Gales is an African American male, 82 years old, 5’ 10", brown eyes and white hair, 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red long sleeve shirt and blue jeans. Gales was walking his small white dog at the time he was last seen.
An Oakland resident, Mr. Gales is considered at risk because he suffers from dementia and diabetes. Mr. Gales walks with a limp.
