TRANSIT ADVISORY: NJ Transit Route 113 
The Plainfield Police Division would like to alert residents to a Transit Advisory:
On or about Monday, September 28th, 2015, New Jersey Transit Bus Route 113 will be detoured due to construction. During this construction the roadway for Gavett Place will be closed to vehicular traffic. One sidewalk will remain open on Gavett Place for pedestrian traffic. North Avenue is subject to road closures during this time.
Buses traveling towards New York will continue on 2nd Street, turn right onto Watchung Avenue and then continue their regular route.
Buses traveling towards Dunellen will continue on East 4th Street, turn right onto Park Avenue, turn left onto East Front Street and then continue their regular route.
Allow for extra travel time! This detour will be in effect until further notice from New Jersey Transit. Call New Jersey Transit with any questions at (973) 275-5555 between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
