Three registered sex offenders petition PPSC on 9/28, 5pm, City Hall to reside @ 1702 & 2309 N 11th & 1416 Lenz Ct. 
The following registered sex offenders are petitioning the Public Protection and Safety Committee requesting a waiver from the Sex Offender Residency restrictions in order to live at the following locations:
Jason Rogge: 2309 N 11th Street
Kenneth Peitzmeier: 1702 N 11th Street
Richard Rupnik: 1416 Lenz Court
Discussion on this matter will take place at the Public Protection Safety Committee Meeting on Monday, September 28th, at 5 PM. The location of the meeting is at City Hall, Basement Conference Room.
