Yesterday, after a long and thorough investigation, Clayton County Police were successful in identifying and taking into custody three suspects involved in home invasion robberies. Larry Demon Edwards was one of those suspects that was arrested and placed in the rear of a patrol vehicle. Being small in stature, Edwards was able to slip out of restraints and escape from the rear of the police car. Edwards has now landed himself #3 on Sheriff Victor Hill's top ten most wanted and a extensive manhunt is now under way. Edwards is described as a black male 5 foot 6 in height weighing 140 pounds with visible tattoos on his neck and a photo of him is attached.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Edwards is encouraged to contact the Clayton County Sheriff's Office at 770-477-4479 or dial 911 immediately.
Anyone that assists this or any fugitive with evading capture must be reminded that they too will share in a visit with Edwards to the county jail.
