Help Determine Community Health Needs for Wood County
The Wood County Health Department, in partnership with Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital, Aspirus Riverview Hospital and Clinics, Marshfield Clinic, and the Legacy Foundation is in the process of completing a Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan for Wood County. As key stakeholders in our community, we need your help to determine our health priorities for the next three years.
