Scott Chandler, City Engineer for the City of Jackson, has authorized the temporary road closures, of two- lanes on Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive from Royal Street West to Mobile Street; and two- lanes on Short Street from Royal Street to Magnolia Street on Saturday, September 26, 2015, beginning at 5:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. The closure is for the First Baptist Church of Tennessee's "Community Day Picnic."
