Bank Robbery – 3700 Geer Road 
On September 19, 2015, at approximately 9:25 A.M., Turlock Police responded to Delta National Bank, located at 3700 Geer Road, after receiving a report of a robbery that had just occurred. When officers arrived they contacted two bank employees who had locked themselves in the vault after the robbery. One employee told officers that he was standing outside when he was approached by a masked male who told him that this was a robbery and that he was armed with a gun. The suspect demanded that the employee open the door and allow him in the bank. The suspect then demanded that the employees open the vault. The employees did as requested and the suspect retrieved money from inside the vault. The suspect then exited the vault at which point the employees locked the door to the vault and called 9-1-1. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money. Evidence was recovered on scene which investigators are currently processing.
The suspect was described as follows:
Tall, approximately 6’, 250 pounds, wearing a ski mask, sunglasses, gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white athletic type sneakers.
The two bank employees were not injured during the robbery.
