El Monte Police Department seeks your help in locating a Suicidal Missing Person/Juvenile:
Missing Person Cynthia Heredia: 15 years old, Female, Hispanic , 5'4", 110 Lbs, thin build, black hair, brown eyes was last seen wearing a gray and white sweatshirt, blue pants and black "Vans" tennis shoes.
Last seen at her home (General area of Lexington and Ramona) on 9/18/15 at 7am.
Missing Person Cynthia Heredia suffers from depression and left a suicide note stating she was going to take her life.
