#007 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Officer Richards investigated a person down in the 5100 block of Mowry Ave and arrested a 35 year old adult male for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officer Richards investigated a report of a man and a woman interfering with vehicle traffic near Highway 84 and Ardenwood Blvd. Officer Richards cited a 59 year old adult male for a vehicle code violation.

A victim calls to report he had been robbed at Irvington Park. The suspect approached the victim on a bike and brandished a handgun. The suspect is described as a Black male adult, 5’10’’, thin build, wearing a black jacket and pants. Loss is a cell phone and laser level. Case investigated by Officer Hernandez.
