Deputies are attempting to ID the victim of an attempted grand theft auto at a Chevron in Chino Hills

Crime or Incident: PC 664/10851(a) Attempt Grand Theft Auto.
Location: 3300 block of Grand Ave, Chino Hills CA
Suspect (s): Destiny Frklic Pomona, CA
Victim (s): Unknown
SUMMARY: On Thursday, September 17, 2015, at approximately 2:21 p.m., Frklic attempted to steal a car from an elderly female, while she was pumping gas at the Chevron gas station. The victim was able to scare Frklic away from the vehicle. Alert citizens followed Frklic from a safe distance and they contacted the sheriff’s department. With their help, deputies were able to arrest Frklic at a different location. Deputies returned to the gas station, but the victim had left the location. The identity of the victim is unknown at this time, we are asking for the public’s help in finding the victim. The victim was described by witnesses as an elderly female, of Asian descent, driving a newer model, white in color Porsche Cayenne, 4 door SUV. If anyone has any information at all, please contact the Chino Hills Police Station.
