The annual Mahwah Day will feature family-friendly activities and games on Saturday.
Sunny weather is predicted.
The event will kick off with a banner and float parade at noon. The parade will begin at Miller Road to East Ramapo Avenue and end at Commodore Perry Field.
Children’s rides, carnival games, pony rides, magician, clowns, will be at the field.
There will also be a pumpkin painting station, petting, petting zoo, racetrack with remote-controlled cars and a rock climbing wall.
Several performers will be on stage until 8 p.m. when a fireworks show will close out the day.
Mahwah Marine Moms and the Center for Food Action will be accepting donations to help troops and local residents in need.
Shuttle vans will take attendees from the parking lot at Lincoln Tech on McKee Drive to the festivities.
