Tracy Foster, of Nebo, charged with scrapping car that didn't belong to her 
Detective Billie Brown of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Tracy Michelle Foster, 38, of Harmony Lane in Nebo, with felony obtaining property by false pretense.
On Aug. 13, Moses Wilkerson, of Marion, reported that his 2005 Chrysler broke down in Foster’s driveway. Brown said Foster, a friend of Wilkerson’s son, sold the vehicle to a local scrap yard for $187.
The car was destroyed.
