Nebo couple charged with stealing guns from home of acquaintance 
Lt. Andy Manis of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 23-year-old Keisha Ledford and 25-year-old Ray Jackson Welch III, both of Stacy Hill Road in Nebo, with felony larceny of a firearm and misdemeanor larceny.
On July 8, Brandon Wheeler, of Wheeler Drive in Nebo, reported that someone entered a residence on Mile Drive in Nebo and stole five guns, two rifle scopes and a toolbox with miscellaneous hand tools, worth a total of $2,980.
Manis said a witness saw the suspects, who are acquainted with the victims, taking the property from the home
