At 7:15 PM, after several hours of negotiations, APD SWAT launched chemical irritants into the home. A female that the man inside, Victor Apodaca, had referred to as a hostage during the negotiations, came out. Apodaca was taken into custody at the front of the home. On scene officers report no injuries and the area will remain restricted until the investigation is over.
